Foraging Walk

Foraging Walk 0

Join Genevieve Olivier to learn about common useful plants and mushrooms. All of the information shared is in the spirit of land-based teaching that promotes learning about what is around us, taking only what we need, and giving thanks for our harvest. The group will walk together around Rotary Park to see and discuss what can be found in our own backyards. The walk will wrap up with a warm cup of tea made from foraged ingredients. Registration is required, and deadline to register is July 6.

Location: Rotary Park (4815 44 Avenue, Stony Plain)

Minimum: 10 participants, Maximum: 30 participants (Foraging Walk will be cancelled if minimum registration is not met)
