Canada Day 3


  • Pioneer Museum - step back in time and enjoy all there is to see and do! Family fun to be had the whole day!  Snacks and treats will be available at the Dawgs Concession. 
  • Heritage Park - Take your lawn chair and enjoy a line up of cultural and entertainment performances.  Be apart of making history on Canada's birthday in Stony Plain. 
  • Blueberry Stage will be alive with excitement, starting at 10 am, and end at 4 pm.  Performances from National Congress of Chinese Canadians Edmonton Chapter with national simultaneous drumming, Edmonton Indonesian Community Association with enchanting performances, Silent River Kung Fu, Parkland Music Teacher Association, and many more! Cultural sharing and community  booths will be onsite. Please watch for our community posters and social media releases for updated schedule. 
  • Parkland Food Bank will be onsite with Carnival games! Super fun to be had while supporting such a great need in the community!  Carnival games such as Hoops 2 Shootout, Tee Ball, Bowl n Roll and many more! Please consider cash donation or dry goods.
  • 13th Annual Antique Car Show will be held on Main Street on July 01.  Just $20 to enter, and all proceeds go to the Stony Plain Youth group.  Contact 780 914 8868 for any questions.
  • Canada Day Flag program: Community members will be placing flags in front of resident's homes on June 30th. If you see them, send them a smile and wave - It's the Canadian thing to do, eh!
